Passed away peacefully at Bluebell Park Care Home, Chellaston on Saturday 29th March, aged 90 years.
Loving wife of the late John. Much loved mum to Vanessa and Ian, grandma to Ian, Jamie and Adam, great grandma to Abigail, Ethan and Ruby.
Pauline's funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Tuesday 6th May 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of floral tributes, for Dementia UK would be most welcome and may be given at the service on the day.
